Product availability

Transaction validation

Legal guarantees of hidden defects – Legal guarantee of conformity

Electric bikes are warranted on parts and labor for the entire manufacturer’s warranty period. The manufacturer’s warranty is specified in the product sheets.

The warranty only covers material defects. Our intervention is limited to the replacement of defective parts, excluding wear parts. This contractual guarantee is reserved for products subject to normal use and is in addition to the legal guarantee applicable to any hidden defect in the product sold.
